The ImpACT Coalition, supported and resourced by the Institute of Fundraising brings together over 130 charities and trade bodies to work together to improve transparency and accountability and preserve public trust in the charitable sector. Those who have joined the coalition include the biggest and smallest charities in the country. We reflect the diversity of the charitable sector in the UK.
It is free to sign up to the coalition which can be done easily either via this website or by contacting its director, Dr Richard Marsh. Once charities have joined, they receive regular email briefings, invitations to member seminars and can use the ImpACT toolkit to measure their transparency and accountability and make plans for improvement. ImpACT regularly comments on transparency and accountability issues in the trade and national press.
